August was pleased to act as commercial due diligence advisor to Aspira Partners on its recent investment to launch Census, a new SME-focused audit and advisory services group. Census Group combines entrepreneur-led companies SYS Audit, Tiliextra, Auditus, HJL Audit, Tase-Koivu and Lecklé, delivering highest quality advisory services to SME companies across Finland.

Following the transactions, Census Group has a combined annual revenue of over EUR 20 million and employs around 170 professionals. The group serves over 13 000 clients in Finland through its 22 offices.
