Recruiting process

The recruitment process usually consists of two to four rounds of interviews. The purpose of the interview is to tell the candidate about working at August and discover his or her expectations. During the interview your analytic and social skills will also be tested, as well as your motivation and ability to embrace the August company culture and your readiness to serve as an advisor to senior management. Usually, the interview will involve a case study exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to test the candidate’s ability to understand, analyze and solve problems. During the interview the candidates meet August’s consultants, managers and partners.
